At the Charmers get together today Peggy brought her Walter Lampl vintage charm box like mine only hers has the insides! It should indeed have plastic windows and a flag inside. Hers has a much nicer mark on the bottom, where as mine has the mark on the inside lid as is earlier since it says pat pend. In the pictures you can also see the way patina affects the charms differently depending on how they are rubbed in use over the decades.
