Laurie’s word is SHOWY

OOOOOOH the possibilities. For instance my Halloween bracelet is major showy, or I might just have to do an entire bracelet of ‘show’ charms, one for each tour or production I was part of – that’d be beyond wrist ruffle to belt! But I thought I’d try to find something on eBay that would wow you; this one certainly wows me.
We’ve all seen the Blackamoor charms – beautifully made, getting increasingly high prices, but really not relevant on any bracelet I have. This auction is an exception – I did a show called ‘Sophisticated Ladies’ on tour in the 1980’s, and this gentleman version of the blackamoor style charm is perfect to represent that show – and showy as well – dang near over the top in fact. I’m in love with this guy – he has style in a major way – the tilt of his hat, the gem encrusted bow tie – he’s ready to step out for a night on the town.
