Mechanical Vintage Charm Horse and Surrey

Here is a Mechanical horse and jockey in a raceing (i think it’s called a surrey?) the head is black enamel but not a seperate round ball. The wheels move and- well go look here

    Errmm, no. The 2-wheeled cart is a racing sulky. A surrey is a 4-wheeled 2 to 4 seat cart — you’re probably thinking of that song from “Oklahoma”.

    And the figure in the sulky is a driver — jockeys ride directly on the horse.
